The Alexander Technique is a system of hands-on movement education, taught in private lessons, that improves our understanding of our bodies and ourselves. Its goal is to help us discover and eliminate poor habits that can cause pain and interfere with all aspects of living. By its application students learn to improve all aspects of their life.
